Yes. Our team is available 24/7 on WhatsApp. Throughout your clients’ stay, we keep you informed in real time of every movement, activity, hotel check-in, check-out and transfer. Automated WhatsApp notifications keep you up to date, while our team is there for questions, changes and personal assistance at any hour.
Who do you create journeys for?
We work with travel advisors to plan journeys for solo travellers, women travelling alone or together, couples, families, multigenerational families, groups of friends and special-interest groups. We also organise trips for travellers with reduced mobility, taking their individual access needs into account when selecting accommodation, transport and experiences. Each itinerary is shaped around the people travelling, their interests and their pace.
How do you bring an itinerary to life?
We create beautifully crafted itineraries with high-resolution photography across every region of France. These visual proposals help you present the journey to your clients, bringing the places, stays and experiences into focus before they travel. We refine the route and details around your brief and feedback.
Can you film a room or suite before my clients book?
Yes. Across all our partner hotels in Paris, we create on-demand videos of the rooms and suites your clients are considering. In 30 seconds to one minute, we show the common areas, corridors, room or suite, views, amenities, bathroom and small details that photographs can leave out. It gives you a practical tool to help sell the right stay, set clear expectations and avoid unwelcome surprises.
What commission do you offer travel advisors?
We usually offer travel advisors 10% commission on accommodation and 10% on activities. When you book both accommodation and activities with us for the same trip, your commission on activities increases to 15%, while accommodation remains at 10%.
Can you arrange all or just part of a trip?
Absolutely. We can take care of an entire journey, including accommodation, activities and transfers, or arrange all the activities with or without accommodation. If you only need help with one part of the trip, we’re happy to step in. You choose how much you would like us to handle.
Can we book trip planning only, or just a transfer?
Yes. We can design an itinerary as a standalone trip-planning service, without booking any activities. We can also arrange a single transfer. Our involvement can be as extensive or as focused as you need.
Is there a minimum spend?
No. We have no minimum spend. From a single service to a complete journey, we adapt to the support you need and discuss the options around your clients’ preferences and budget.
What kind of travel do you specialise in?
Our focus is luxury travel: we typically work with five-star hotels and exceptional Palace properties, and most of our tours are private, paired with luxurious, personal experiences. We remain flexible in how we put each journey together, with your clients’ wishes guiding our recommendations.
Can you help beyond Paris?
Absolutely. We plan journeys throughout France. Most of our team are French, with roots in regions across the country. They bring their own regional knowledge to every itinerary, from Provence and the Riviera to Champagne, Burgundy, Normandy and beyond.
